I never write reviews. I actually despise them! However, I deliberately took the time to write one right now, as I have been nothing but pleasantly surprised from this organization and its group of people. They deserve every star this review gets. Living in the USA it is almost impossible to precisely monitor the pulse of your business from afar, especially in times like these. Nevertheless, ever since a friend of mine recommended Horizone to me, I honestly believe that my understanding of the industry and its functionality has increased tenfold. From day 1, they have done nothing but educate me on how to implement crucial managerial procedures and how to help improve the quality of accommodation I provide and aspire to provide in the future. Their professionalism is second to none, and you can definitely and easily decipher how much they care about the quality of service you can receive. Getting in front of the line in an experienced touristic destination like Greece is quite tough...
