There, one can find a variety of properties from small houses, apartments, villas to hotels available for short-term rent. The success of a listing depends on correct management, cleanliness and many others.

In order for us to manage your accommodation, it needs to be at a good shape.

Laws about short-term rentals have changed. You can rent your accommodation online without a license from the Greek Tourism Organization. The only thing needed is a simple registration at the “Short-term Lease Register Number”. According to AADE, POL 1187/2017(FEK B’ 4232/04-12-2017) the short-term Lease Register Number and other details mentioned in article 111 of N.4446/2016 is active from 01/01/2018.
